Exchange Policy
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE?WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE? **Not applicable on sarees
- Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- You can whatsapp us at +91-8867120067 mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- In case of a size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
- For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and the request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
- In case the new required size required is not available, Store credit will be provided.
- On a small slip of paper write your name, order number and the size/style you wish you receive in exchange and add this slip in the return consignment.'
- Ship the box back to us at the return address(contact us at WhatsApp ). You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
