Refusal Policy
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your parcel upto 2-3 times. However if you refuse to accept the parcel on delivery, store credits will be returned only after deducting a sum total of Rs.250/- as shipping and convenience fee.
If the parcel is damaged/unsealed/opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the same and notify us within 24 hrs through email/whatsapp. We will look into the same at the earliest and arrange for the delivery of the product.
Please note that no delivery personnel or agency will ever ask for any payment on behalf of Akanksha Gupta label. In the event where a delivery personnel requests for any amount to deliver your parcel, please REFUSE. Do not download any scanner/app and inform us about the same at the earliest.
