We do not offer refunds once a product is sold.
However, if there is a genuine defect/damage in the received product, a refund will be offered.
How to raise a refund request in case of a defective piece-
1. Please make an uncut unpacking video of the received parcel. Ensure you record the parcel from a 360 degree angle and show the sealed packet on the camera along with the printed shipment label. Please proceed to unpack the video and check the product thoroughly. In case a defect is noted, please record the same clearly on camera. Please ensure that the video is uncut and shot continuously without any editing whatsoever.
2. NO REPLACEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THE ABSENCE OF AN UNCUT UNPACKING VIDEO.
3. The replacement request along with the opening video and relevant images of the defect must be raised with our team over Whatsapp/E-mail within 48 hrs of receiving the product post which no further requests will be entertained. Whatsapp- +91-8867120067/E-mail- support@akankshaguptalabel.com
4. Our team will get back to you within 48 hrs of receiving the request. Once the replacement request is approved, please proceed to ship the product back to our warehouse within 48 hrs of approval of request.
Please ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging along with all tags intact. Akanksha Gupta Label reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is shipped without its original tags, packaging and content or if the product is found to be used/worn upon its return. shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
5. On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement. Akanksha Gupta label reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement may take upto 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

We click our photos in natural light and without any filters or effects so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference (5-10%) seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as all screens and devices are calibrated differently and always highlight certain colours more.
CANCELLATION POLICY-
Please reach out to us at the earliest if you wish to cancel or modify your order/address or contact details. Once shipped, no cancellations or modifications will be possible. On cancellation of order, the amount paid will be returned as store credits.

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your parcel upto 2-3 times. However if you refuse to accept the parcel on delivery, store credits will be returned only after deducting a sum total of Rs.250/- as shipping and convenience fee
If the parcel is damaged/unsealed/opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the same and notify us within 24 hrs through email/whatsapp. We will look into the same at the earliest and arrange for the delivery of the product.
Please note that no delivery personnel or agency will ever ask for any payment on behalf of Akanksha Gupta label. In the event where a delivery personnel requests for any amount to deliver your parcel, please REFUSE. Do not download any scanner/app and inform us about the same at the earliest.
EXCHANGE POLICY-
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE?WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE? **Not applicable on sarees
Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

On a small slip of paper write your name, order number and the size/style you wish you receive in exchange and add this slip in the return consignment.

Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
